Handwash in cold water. Please allow up to 5% shrinkage for 100% cotton items.
The hat material will become much softer after a few washes but the colour may fade a bit as well.
How to minimize shrinkage:
Wash in cold water (without soaking for too long) and air dry in shade without heat to reduce shrinkage. If necessary, stretch and wear the hat or put the hat on a hat stretcher or a pot of similar size of your head before it is totally dry.
