Parcel Delivery Delays Due to Ongoing Extended Lockdowns

Dear Customers, 

For those customers who have received our service before, you may notice that your recent parcel deliveries have been as thrift as before.  

Jas Fashion has been able to process orders within 1 working day despite the lockdowns in place. However,  the extended lockdowns are impacting the delivery operations of Australia Post and other shipping companies. The delivery network is affected by very high parcel volumes caused by increased online shopping activity and lack of workers. Most shipping companies’ Sydney & Melbourne processing facilities are also affected by strict government health and safety requirements designed to protect our people and the community. 

What does this mean for your delivery?

It may take longer than usual to deliver your item, and we apologize for any delays experienced.  Please make sure you check your email for your tracking number, and please add further 5-10 working days on top of the normal delivery time frame. 
Again, if your order is urgent, please select Express Post Service, which will receive prioritized service in transit. 


How to stay updated in the meantime?

We highly recommend monitoring the status of your item using the tracking number sent to you when the parcel is dispatched or log in to your account here and check the status of your order.
