A Perfect Fit for a Special Someone: Tiffany’s Story

When Tiffany faced a difficult time, even small things — like finding a perfectly fitting beanie — became deeply meaningful.

When Tiffany first reached out to Jas Fashion, she told us:
She didn’t live in NSW and therefore could not attend our Sydney workshop for a fitting. As she explained in her feedback after she received her order:
"I was keen to buy a slouchy black beanie to wear with casual outfits to make me feel a little more confident, but due to my small size, I was concerned that the 'one size fits all' options offered by other businesses would be too large, which would add to my disappointments."
At a time when Tiffany was facing diagnosis and treatment, even small setbacks could feel overwhelming. Tiffany, a naturally private person, needed not just a beanie — but something that fit her, both physically and emotionally.

After exchanging measurements, images, and careful guidance, Tiffany decided on a Uni-sex Black Cotton Beanie in XXS/XS and a customised turban, placing her order just before the Easter weekend.
To her surprise, despite the timing, her custom-made beanies were shipped out quickly and arrived within just two days.
When she opened her parcel, Tiffany found not only her carefully chosen items — but also a small surprise gift in a style and colour she loved.
As soon as Tiffany received her beanies, she wrote to Jas Fashion:
"Hi Lucy,
I wanted to let you know how amazing Jas Fashion has been. I received my beanies last night (Thursday) and was so surprised at how quickly you managed to get my items to me. I couldn't be more pleased with my order.
I wore my cotton beanie today and I'm pleased to report that it fits perfectly, is warm and comfy and has just the right amount of 'slouchiness'.
I haven't worn my swirly turban out yet, but it also fits perfectly, is so soft, has a nice amount of 'slouch', and I'm sure it will also be warm.
I was delighted to find the gift that you had included which is exactly the colour and style that I would have chosen myself!
Your email responses to all my enquiries have been so quick and so helpful.

During a very difficult time with diagnosis and treatment, Lucy and the Jas Fashion Team have been amazing.
