The JAS Rewards Program is exclusively for our headwear customers, designed to support and reward you on your journey to health.
How Does JAS Rewards Program Work?
Every time you place an order with Jas Fashion, JAS Rewards Points are automatically accumulated in your account. Please note that these points expire 6 months from the date they are earned, so be sure to use them or pass them on to the person you would like to share them with within that timeframe.
Where Can I Find My JAS Rewards Program Points?
To view your Rewards Points, simply sign in to your account. Once you're on your My Account Summary page, you will find your Rewards Point Balance along with any other store credits, if applicable.
Sharing Your JAS Rewards Program Points
You can share your JAS Rewards Points with friends by providing them with your voucher codes and secret key. It’s a wonderful way to spread the word and help others benefit from our products.
How to Redeem Your JAS Rewards Program Points
When you sign in with your registered email at checkout, your Reward Points will be automatically loaded and displayed.
If you choose to gift your Jas Rewards Program Points to a friend or family member, please share the voucher codes and secret key with them.
Follow these steps to redeem them:
Step 1: Copy and paste your Voucher code, then enter your Secret code (your voucher's secret key). Please note, the secret key is case sensitive.
Step 2: In the payment details section, select the credit available from the JAS Rewards Program. Once your Points are successfully redeemed, your total balance will be adjusted accordingly.
If you mistakenly enter the code twice or attempt to redeem already used points, it will show as invalid.
What Happens with Returns
• Redeeming Points: Points are used on a first-in, first-out basis, meaning the oldest points are redeemed first.
• Points Deduction on Refunds: If you receive a refund, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted based on the refunded amount.
• Refunded Points: If you used points to receive a discount on the refunded purchase, those points will be returned to your account with their original earning date. They will expire on the same date as before.
• Expired Points on Refunds: If the points being refunded have already expired, they will immediately expire on the day of the refund.
Important Note:
JAS Rewards Points cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be used to receive discounts on future purchases from Jas Fashion.
